Tumor innervation and anti-tumor immunity

Our lab investigates how neuro-immune crosstalk in solid tumors shapes local immune cell composition, activation state, and ultimately the balance between tumor immune evasion and anti-tumor immunity. This work extends our lab's broader focus on barrier-tissue neuro-immune circuits to the tumor setting, with the aim of defining neurally-informed targets for cancer immunotherapy.
